1. General information

This document describes how cookies and similar technologies (localStorage) are used on net-flow.pl and its subdomains, operated by Net-Flow Sp. z o.o., Warsaw.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device when visiting a website. They help recognise the device and remember preferences. The website also uses the browser's localStorage, e.g. to store the selected language and given consents.

3. Types of technologies used

• Necessary (technical): required for proper operation, incl. remembering given consents. They do not require consent.
• Functional: remember user preferences, e.g. the selected site language.
• Analytics: collect aggregated visit statistics. The website currently uses no analytics tools; if enabled (e.g. Google Analytics), they will run only after consent is given.
• Marketing: enable content personalisation and campaign measurement. The website currently uses no marketing tools; they would be enabled only after consent.

4. Managing consents

On the first visit the website shows a consent panel where you can accept all categories, choose necessary only, or set custom preferences. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below.

Independently of the consent panel, cookies can be limited or disabled in your browser settings. This may affect some website features.

5. Retention

• Session cookies: removed after closing the browser.
• Persistent cookies and localStorage entries: stored until deleted by the user or until the consent decision changes.

6. Third-party technologies

The website currently embeds no third-party analytics or marketing scripts. If introduced in the future (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), they will run only after the relevant consent is given and this policy will be updated.

7. Changes

The controller may update this Cookies Policy. The current version is always available at net-flow.pl/polityka-cookies with its last-updated date.
