A Public Information Bulletin for Primary School No. 104: a public website in the structure required for a BIP, plus a panel where every content change is recorded together with its previous version and author.
Challenge
- Combine the formal BIP structure with clear navigation, search and accessibility.
- Give editors one place to manage pages, documents, notices, procurement and files.
Solution
- A public BIP website with search, an archive, an RSS feed, a sitemap and separate sections for entity data, scope of activity and legal basis.
- Version history for every piece of content: the panel stores the previous wording together with its author and date, so changes are visible and reversible.
- An event log recording the action, its author and the address it came from, plus a separate sign-in log.
- Network address rules that can restrict panel access to selected addresses.
